Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, pieces ordered through this website are 'Made-to-Order' and can take approximately 6/8 weeks to produce by hand in studio before they are ready for shipping. Up to date time queries can be made by contacting the studio.
Pieces available through external stockists are available for shipping immediately. Please see external stockists for their relevant shipping information.

Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the UK. Rebekah Kosonen Bide is not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Domestic UK Orders: Orders within the UK include 20% VAT (Value Added Tax). For delivery addresses outside the UK, the standard VAT (20%) is not applied to the final price at checkout.
International Orders: Orders may be subject to local duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client, who may also be liable for return shipping charges if delivery is refused.
United States Orders: All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means tariffs are already covered, and clients do not receive additional import charges upon delivery.

Repair and Alteration
Repairs or alterations can be arranged if needed, with costs dependant on the nature of the enquiry. Shipping to and from the studio, whether domestic or international, is the responsibility of the client.
Returns and Exchange
Unless otherwise noted, all pieces are made-to-order and are created individually in studio. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not offered. Queries regarding sizing, customisation or production can be made by contacting the studio before placing an order.
